Health coaching is a collaborative partnership that helps you create and maintain sustainable lifestyle changes. As your coach, I will support you in setting realistic goals, implementing and sustaining healthier habits that will help you to achieve your personal and
health targets. It’s an evidence-based based supportive, and collaborative process designed to empower you.

With HealthToYou, you’ll get a personalised, structured approach to your health goals. Whether it’s losing weight, boosting energy, or simply feeling like yourself again, we focus on creating small, sustainable changes in your life that lead to big results.

Creating a safe, private space for you to speak openly is essential to your progress and
overall experience.

No strict dieting here! Instead of restrictive meal plans, we focus on building balanced, sustainable eating habits that work for your body and lifestyle. You’ll learn how to make nourishing choices, understand your cues, and develop a positive, flexible relationship with food.

Sessions can be conducted online or in person depending on your location and preference.
Online sessions are just as effective and provide added convenience and flexibility.

Most clients meet weekly or every fortnight, depending on the program. We can adjust the
frequency based on your goals, progress, and availability to ensure the support you need.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a session
fee. This ensures that your time—and mine—is respected and that appointment slots remain
available for other clients.
