Hi, I’m Rahul, and I’m on a mission to help people take back control of their health, energy, and confidence in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and truly sustainable.

After more than 25 years in the health world, I’ve seen just how many people struggle quietly — feeling tired, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start, even when they’re doing their best.

What matters most to me is helping people realise that change doesn’t have to be extreme to be powerful. Often, it’s the small, consistent steps that lead to the biggest transformations.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone rebuild their energy, regain their confidence, and start to feel like themselves again.

I wanted to seek coaching to improve my physical health however the programme was much more than this!
