About Me
Hi, I’m Rahul, and I’m on a mission to help people take back control of their health, energy, and confidence. I’ve been involved in the health industry for over 25 years as a qualified pharmacist and homeopath, and throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping people make positive, lasting changes to their wellbeing.
I have a strong interest in nutrition and have developed a range of nutritional supplements, combining science and real-life practicality to support people on their health journeys.
I’m also a proud father of two energetic boys, and I know first hand how challenging it can be to balance family, work, and personal health. Being a dad inspires me every day to lead by example—showing my sons that a healthy, balanced life can be enjoyable, fun, and sustainable. Whether it’s playing in the park, cooking a healthy meal together, or just laughing over a family moment, I treasure the energy and joy that comes from living life fully.
I am proud to have completed my level 5 Diploma in Health & Wellness Coaching from the Health Coaches Academy. The course comprised of an intense 12 month accredited training programme which also consisted of learning and practical coaching. I’m fully insured and a full member of the UK and International Health Coaching Association, the body that sets standards for Health Coaches here and abroad.
